1. Sound Design Services
We offer sound design services to meet every need. You can hire our friendly and experienced team to craft anything and everything imaginable i.e. from sonic artifacts that might be used to accompany an animated company logo on-line, to musical scoring and Foley effects – by our dedicated Foley artist – for film…
But why stop there? We also have a strong interest in mathematical anomalies – especially non-linear dynamical systems – that allow one to explore new sonic and rhythmic arrangements, ones that know no bounds, expounding into evolving soundscapes never before heard.

2. Audio Restoration Services
We offer a fully comprehensive audio restoration service that allows us to lift any recording from any medium i.e. 2″ 24 Track Tape, 1/4″ Reel-To-Reel (covering most tape speeds), Cassette Tape, MiniDisc, Compact Flash Cards, DAT, CD, DVD, etc… Clean them them up and re-issue them to you in nearly any format requested (please contact us here to discuss your needs).
As you can see, analogue is still very much in favour here at The Orange Hut Studio!

3. Recording Services
While we do not record bands here anymore, we do offer a wide range of overdubbing services for bands and recording artists alike… And because we work with a large variety of recording mediums, we can usually fulfil most requests (please contact us here to discuss your needs).

4. Mixing Services
Here at The Orange Hut Studio, we understand that mixing can be a long, difficult process without the necessary skills, experience and equipment. Thus we ensure that all our engineers here have the expertise and proficiency needed to make your recordings sound balanced and professional.
The studio control room is an immaculately clear and transparent environment for mixing in. All walls are acoustically treated so as to absorb reverberating sound, and are thoughtfully designed so that there are as few parallel surfaces as possible. As such the room retains a great neutrality to it, with the prevention of unwanted reflections and deceptive standing waves.

5. Editing Services
The Orange Hut Studio offers a dedicated recording and editing service for every need imaginable i.e. lectures, commentaries, discussions and conferences that might need to be captured and re-issued in nearly any format i.e. CD, .mp3, DVD, etc… As well as editing songs, music and adverts.
During our 8 year history we have edited and complied broadcast shows that have been aired on UK radio, as well as recorded various university lectures for academic institutions the UK over for subsequent use – mainly by their students – as learning aids, which were distributed through/accessed via their own websites.
